• Ran the full user research and usability testing for a payment instalment app adapted for the Portuguese market, drawing on findings from the successful Spanish version.
• Used Kano analysis, heuristic evaluation, and task-based testing to identify priorities and validate user experience across different digital maturity levels.
• Collaborated with business and security stakeholders to balance intuitive onboarding, fraud prevention, and regulatory usability requirements.
